GotSneakers covers all shipping costs within the contiguous U.S.A. We currently do not service Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S.A. territories.

New signups and bag requests are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Fill Bags Before Shipping
All sneaker recycling bags hold approximately 10-12 pairs of adult-sized sneakers. Please try to fill bags to capacity to reduce waste and costs.
Do Not Send Unused Bags
The pre-paid labels on each bag are good for 12–18 months. Hold onto any extra bags for future collections, or pack them in your last shipment to GotSneakers so they can be recycled.
Only Use GotSneakers Bags
All sneakers must be shipped in a standard GotSneakers bag to qualify for compensation. Boxes or other packages will not be accepted.
Keep Pairs Together in the Same Bag
All footwear must be paired together in the same bag to qualify for compensation.
