Every pair goes on a journey.
It all begins with raw materials.
Before a sneaker ever touches pavement, it's already leaving a footprint of its own. Raw materials, energy, and water — sourced from the Earth. Making just one pair emits 30+ lbs of CO₂e and uses roughly 2,250 gallons of water.

Bought new and loved.
Designed, created, and ready for a new home. From the factory to the shelf to the counter, each pair is picked out, laced up, and ready for its first steps.

Worn with purpose.
New footwear gets broken in and spends its life on someone's feet — the gym, the trailhead, the daily commute. Then one day it's outgrown or outworn. But that doesn't have to be the end of the story.

Collected, not wasted.
Every pair collected is one that doesn't end up in a landfill. Programs like GotSneakers make it easy — sneakers go into a free collection bag, are transported, get sorted, and given a second life.

Every pair is graded by hand.
Once collected, every pair is sorted and graded by hand — based on brand, size, and condition. A thorough evaluation by a trained team of experts decides the best path forward for each pair.

Worn again or recycled into something new.

Cleaned and recirculated.
90% of sneakers are cleaned and recirculated into secondhand markets at home and abroad — worn and loved all over again. The most sustainable path a sneaker can take is to go into reuse and be given a second life.

Recycled into something new.
When a pair reaches its true end of life, it can be broken down — ground, separated, and reused to create something new: countertops, shelves, insoles, laces, even new footwear. No sneaker goes to landfill. Every pair serves a purpose.
